Tidact 1% (Clindamycin 10 mg/g), 20 g

Indication

Topical treatment of acne vulgaris.

Ingredients

• Clindamycin Phosphate 11.9 mg/g (equivalent to Clindamycin 10 mg/g)
• Propyl Paraben 0.2 mg/g (preservative)
• Methyl Paraben 1.8 mg/g (preservative)

Direction

Apply a thin film to the affected skin area twice daily, or as directed by a doctor. Wash and dry the skin before application. Please refer to the enclosed leaflet for more details.

• burning
• itching or peeling at the application site.
• Rarely
• diarrhoea or colitis from systemic absorption.

Precautions

• For external use only
• avoid contact with the eyes
• mouth and mucous membranes.
• Discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe or persistent diarrhoea develops
• as clindamycin can rarely cause colitis even when applied to the skin.
• Avoid using together with other topical irritants or abrasive cleansers on the same area.
