Indication
Emergency contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy after unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure, taken within 72 hours.
Ingredients
- Levonorgestrel 0.75 mg
Direction
Take one tablet as soon as possible within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, then the second tablet 12 hours later (2 tablets per pack).
Side effects
- May cause nausea
- abdominal pain
- fatigue
- headache
- or changes in menstrual bleeding. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
Precautions
- Not for regular contraceptive use. Does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
