Indication
Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults whose blood sugar is not adequately controlled by glibenclamide or metformin alone.
Ingredients
- Glibenclamide 5 mg
- Metformin hydrochloride 500 mg
Direction
For oral use. As directed by the physician. Refer to package insert for dosage and other information.
Side effects
- May cause low blood sugar
- nausea
- diarrhea
- and gastrointestinal upset. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
Precautions
- Prescription
- only medicine (POM). Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- especially with kidney or liver problems or risk of low blood sugar.
