Marvelon 28 0.150 mg + 0.030 mg

Indication

Combined oral contraceptive (family planning pills) used for the prevention of pregnancy.

Ingredients

• Desogestrel 0.150 mg
• Ethinylestradiol 0.030 mg
• Lactose (placebo tablets)

Direction

Take one tablet daily at the same time each day following the order on the pack: 21 active tablets followed by 7 lactose tablets. As directed by the physician.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• headache
• breast tenderness
• or breakthrough bleeding. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
