Melamet Hydroquinone 2% / Tretinoin 0.025% / Mometasone Furoate 0.1%

Indication

Skin-lightening cream used to treat hyperpigmentation conditions such as melasma and dark spots.

Ingredients

• Hydroquinone 2% w/w
• Tretinoin 0.025% w/w
• Mometasone Furoate 0.10% w/w

Direction

Apply to the affected area as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• Mild stinging to severe irritation may occur. Occasional hypersensitivity (localized contact dermatitis) may develop
• if hypersensitivity occurs
• discontinue use and consult a physician immediately.

Precautions

• For external use only. Schedule H prescription drug. Avoid contact with eyes
• mouth and mucous membranes. Strictly avoid direct sunlight
• exposure to sunlight or UV light will cause repigmentation of the bleached area. Not to be used during pregnancy.
