Indication

Symptomatic treatment of severe and/or invalidating anxiety manifestations; prevention and treatment of delirium tremens and other alcohol withdrawal manifestations.

Ingredients

• Bromazepam 6 mg

Direction

Oral route. Treatment shall begin with the minimal effective dose; the maximal dosage shall never be passed. In normal adult practice: 1 tablet daily, one quarter tablet in the morning, one quarter at noon and one half in the evening, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• May cause drowsiness
• dizziness
• muscle weakness
• fatigue or confusion. Stop and seek medical advice if a severe reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Prescription medicine
• follow the prescribed doses. Reduce the dose in elderly patients and those with renal or hepatic impairment. May cause dependence
• avoid alcohol. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
