Colicaid Drops 40 mg/ml

Indication

Specially formulated for infants and toddlers to relieve infant colic, griping pain and flatulence.

Ingredients

• Simethicone emulsion USP equivalent to Simethicone USP 40 mg per ml
• Dill oil BP 0.005 ml per ml
• Fennel oil USP
• NF 0.0007 ml per ml

Direction

Use the calibrated dropper provided. Infants below 6 months: 5-10 drops 4 times daily, 15 minutes before feed. Infants 6-12 months: 10-20 drops 4 times daily, 15 minutes before feed. Children over 1 year: 20-25 drops 4 times daily, 15 minutes before meal, or as directed by the physician. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation or allergy occurs.

• Replace cap tightly immediately after each use. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
