Indication

Water-soluble transmission gel for diagnostic medical ultrasound; provides acoustic coupling between the transducer and the skin.

Ingredients

• Triethanolamine
• Carbomer
• Methyl paraben
• Propyl paraben
• Glycerin
• Purified water

Direction

Apply directly to the treatment or diagnostic area. The amount required depends on the size of the area. Remove with a towel or tissue on completion.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
