Indication

Electrolytes powder, superior to water for rapid hydration. Health supplement to replace fluids, minerals and vitamins lost during travel, hot or dry conditions, vigorous exercise, cold and flu, vomiting and diarrhea, and alcohol consumption.

• Vitamin B2
• Vitamin B6
• Glucose
• Sodium
• Potassium
• Citrate
• Calcium

Direction

Dissolve one sachet in water and drink. The recommended dosage is as follows: infants below 6 months: 1 to 2 sachets per day; 6 months to 2 years: 2 to 3 sachets per day; over 2 years: 3 to 4 sachets per day. Dosage may be adjusted based on the severity of dehydration and medical advice.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. Excessive intake may cause stomach upset. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unusual symptoms appear.
