Indication
- Vitamin B12 deficiency - Pernicious anemia - Megaloblastic anemia - Neuropathy support - Dietary supplement for vegetarians/vegans
Ingredients
- Cyanocobalamin or Methylcobalamin
Direction
Take orally once daily or as directed. Sublingual tablets should be dissolved under the tongue.
Side effects
- Mild diarrhea
- Skin rash or itching
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Nausea
Precautions
- History of cobalt hypersensitivity
- Leber’s hereditary optic atrophy
- Severe deficiency requires medical supervision
- May interact with certain medications
