Indication
- Symptomatic bradycardia - Organophosphate or carbamate poisoning - Preoperative reduction of secretions - Gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasm - Antidote for mushroom poisoning
Ingredients

- Xerostomia (dry mouth)

Precautions
- Contraindicated in narrow
- angle glaucoma
- Caution in obstructive uropathy
- Avoid in patients with tachycardia
- Caution in prostatic hypertrophy
- Monitor in patients with fever
