Indication

Thyroid hormone replacement used to treat hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid gland) and other conditions where thyroid hormone is needed.

Ingredients

• Levothyroxine sodium

Direction

Take one tablet daily by mouth, usually in the morning before breakfast, or as directed by a doctor. Tablets can be divided.

Side effects
