Erycyl 250 Enfant 250 mg

Indication

Treatment of infections due to sensitive micro-organisms including bronchitis, sinusitis, pneumonia, uncomplicated skin infections, mouth infections and nongonococcal genital infections.

Ingredients

• Erythromycin ethylsuccinate equivalent to erythromycin 250 mg per sachet

Direction

Child 30 to 50 mg/kg per day. From 10 to 15 kg: 1 sachet twice daily. From 15 to 25 kg: 1 sachet three times daily. From 25 to 35 kg: 2 sachets twice daily. From 35 to 50 kg: 2 sachets three times daily. Take before meals; dissolve the sachet in half a glass of water and drink immediately.

Side effects

• May cause stomach upset
• nausea
• vomiting or diarrhoea. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
