Indication

Treatment of acute diarrhea presumed to be of bacterial origin, in the absence of suspected invasive symptoms.

Ingredients

• Nifuroxazide

Direction

Reserved for adults and children from 6 years. Adults: 4 capsules (800 mg) per day in 2 to 4 doses. Children from 6 years: 3 to 4 capsules (600 to 800 mg) per day in 2 to 4 doses. Treatment limited to 7 days.

Side effects

• May cause allergic skin reactions. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects occur.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children. Treatment does not replace dietary measures and rehydration if necessary. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
