Indication

Food supplement providing nutritional support before conception, throughout pregnancy and during breast-feeding, including folic acid and 300 mg DHA for the normal brain and eye development of the foetus.

Ingredients

• Folic acid 400 mcg
• Vitamin D 10 mcg
• Omega
• 3 fish oil 600 mg (DHA 300 mg
• EPA 60 mg)
• Vitamin C
• B vitamins
• zinc
• iron and other vitamins and minerals

Direction

Take one tablet (green blister) per day plus one capsule (pink blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake.
