Indication
Food supplement providing nutritional support before conception, throughout pregnancy and during breast-feeding, including folic acid and 300 mg DHA for the normal brain and eye development of the foetus.
Ingredients
- Folic acid 400 mcg
- Vitamin D 10 mcg
- Omega
- 3 fish oil 600 mg (DHA 300 mg
- EPA 60 mg)
- Vitamin C
- B vitamins
- zinc
- iron and other vitamins and minerals
Direction
Take one tablet (green blister) per day plus one capsule (pink blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse effects occur.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If taking oral anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin) do not take except on the advice of a doctor. Contains iron
