Indication
Used to lower uric acid levels in the blood for the treatment of gout and hyperuricemia.
Ingredients
- Allopurinol 100 mg
Direction
Tablets are to be swallowed whole with a large glass of water after a meal, or as directed by the physician.
Side effects
- May cause skin rash
- nausea or digestive disturbances. Stop use and consult a doctor if a serious rash or allergic reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Prescription only. Do not use during pregnancy unless no therapeutic alternative is available. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
