Indication
Mucolytic used to treat productive (chesty) cough by thinning bronchial secretions in recent respiratory conditions with difficulty expectorating, in adults and children from 7 years of age.
Ingredients
- Acetylcysteine 200 mg
Direction
Oral route. Dissolve the powder of one sachet in half a glass of water, preferably before main meals. Take as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects
- May cause digestive upset such as nausea
- vomiting or diarrhoea
- and allergic reactions. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
