Indication

Magnesium and vitamin B6 supplement used to treat magnesium deficiency, with symptoms such as nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, fatigue, muscle cramps and tingling.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5 mg

Direction
