Indication

Lipid-lowering statin used to reduce elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels and to lower the risk of cardiovascular events.

Ingredients

• Rosuvastatin (as calcium salt) 5 mg

Direction

Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, as directed by your physician.

Side effects

• May cause headache
• muscle aches
• nausea or abdominal pain. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Prescription only medicine. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• especially if you have liver or kidney disease or are pregnant or breast
