Indication

Food supplement providing nutrients for the formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells, supporting health, vitality and energy release; slow-release capsules.

Ingredients

• Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 24 mg
• Zinc 12 mg
• Copper 2000 mcg
• Folic acid 500 mcg
• Vitamin B12 10 mcg
• Vitamin B6 5 mg

Direction

Take one capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink; do not chew. Only to be taken on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
