Codalgin Forte Paracetamol 500 mg / Codeine phosphate 30 mg

Indication

Short-term management of severe pain.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol
• Codeine phosphate

Direction

Children 12 years of age and older and adults: 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours if necessary for relief of severe pain. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24-hour period.

• headache
• somnolence
• sedation
• miosis
• tinnitus
• dry mouth
• pruritus
• fatigue
• hypotension
• sweating
• anaphylactic shock
• angioneurotic edema
• leukopenia
• pancytopenia and bronchospasms. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Prescription drug. Do not use in patients hypersensitive to ingredients
• during lactation
• in children under 12
• or in those with compromised respiratory function
• risk of addiction
• dependence and respiratory depression. Do not drive
