Augmentin 1 g (875 mg/125 mg)

Indication

Broad-spectrum antibiotic for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms, including respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue infections.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate) 875 mg
• Clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate) 125 mg

Direction

Oral use. Twice daily dosing. To be used as directed by your physician. Use tablets within 14 days of opening.

• May cause diarrhea

Precautions

• Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to penicillins or a history of penicillin
