Indication

• Concentrated fish omega
• 3 triglycerides 750 mg
• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 270 mg
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 180 mg
• Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 5 micrograms (200 IU)

Direction

General health: children from 1 year and adults 1 capsule per day; pregnancy 2 capsules per day. Eye, brain & heart health: 2 capsules per day. Joint health: 5 capsules per day, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For children under 5, cut the capsule and squeeze the contents onto a spoon.
