Indication
Treatment of bacterial infections such as respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and ear, nose, and throat infections caused by susceptible organisms.
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin 875 mg (as amoxicillin trihydrate)
- Clavulanic acid 125 mg (as potassium clavulanate)
Direction
As directed by the physician, usually one tablet twice daily.
Side effects
- Diarrhoea
- Nausea or vomiting
- Skin rash
- Vaginal or oral thrush (candidiasis)
Precautions
- Tell your doctor if you are allergic to penicillin or other antibiotics.
- Complete the full prescribed course even if you feel better.
- Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
