Indication

Reduce elevated total cholesterol, LDL-C, apolipoprotein B and TG levels in patients with primary hypercholesterolaemia.

Ingredients

• Simvastatin 20 mg

Direction

As directed by physician. Usual adult dose: one tablet once daily in the evening. Store below 30°C, out of reach of children.

Side effects

• headache
• or gastrointestinal disturbances
• stop use and seek medical advice if these occur.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use in patients with active liver disease or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop use and seek medical advice if muscle pain or weakness develops.
