Indication

Treatment of acute infectious diarrhea in adults and children. Prevention and treatment of antibiotic-associated colitis and diarrhea. Adjunct to vancomycin/metronidazole to prevent recurrence of Clostridium difficile infections. Prevention of tube-feeding-associated diarrhea. Treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.

Ingredients

• Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I
• 745 250 mg (lyophilized yeast cells)

Direction

Oral route. 1 or 2 sachets given once or twice daily. Pour contents of sachet into a half-glass of water, stir a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Precautions

• Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms worsen or persist.
