Cotrim 120 mg (Sulfamethoxazole 100 mg + Trimethoprime 20 mg) per tablet

Indication

Bacterial infections due to sensitive micro-organisms: broncho-pulmonary infections (acute and chronic), urogenital infections, otitis media, digestive infections including typhoid fever and sigmoiditis. Also indicated for infections due to Pneumocystis carinii and Toxoplasma gondii.

• Sulfamethoxazole 100 mg
• Trimethoprime 20 mg

Direction

Children under 12 years: 6 months–5 years: 1 tablet 120 mg twice daily; 6–12 years: 2 tablets 120 mg twice daily. Follow prescribed doses.
