Acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis; rheumatic fever; osteoarthritis; traumatic arthritis; bursitis; ankylosing spondylitis; myalgia; neuritis; headache.

- Vitamin B6 25 mg
- Vitamin B12 100 mcg
- Magnesium trisilicate 200 mg
