Indication

Oral contraceptive (combined hormonal contraceptive) for the prevention of pregnancy.

Ingredients

• Desogestrel 0.150 mg
• Ethinylestradiol 0.030 mg

Direction

Take one tablet daily for 28 consecutive days; 21 active tablets followed by 7 placebo tablets. Follow the arrows on the blister strip.

Side effects

• May include nausea
• headache
• breast tenderness
• mood changes
• and irregular spotting. Serious risks include venous thromboembolism
