Indication
Dietary supplement with multivitamin for children to meet daily vitamin needs and improve appetite. Helps meet vitamin and lysine needs, maintains children's health, and improves appetite.

- Lysine HCl 300 mg/5mL
- Vitamin A 1000 IU/5mL
- Vitamin B1 3 mg/5mL
- Vitamin B2 2 mg/5mL
- Vitamin B3 10 mg/5mL
- Vitamin B5 3 mg/5mL
- Vitamin B6 5 mg/5mL
- Vitamin B12 6 mcg/5mL
- Vitamin D3 200 IU/5mL
- Temulawak Extract 25 mg/5mL
- Honey 400 mg/5mL
Direction
Children over 1 year: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily. Shake well before use.
Side effects
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction occurs

Precautions
- Contains artificial sweeteners Sucralose
- Aspartame
- and Sodium cyclamate. Contains Phenylalanine — should not be used in patients with Phenylketonuria or pregnant women with high Phenylalanine levels. Not for infants under one year. Store below 30°C
