- Vitamin B12 6 mcg/5mL
- Vitamin D3 200 IU/5mL
- Temulawak Extract 25 mg/5mL
- Honey 400 mg/5mL
Direction
Children over 1 year: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily. Shake well before use.

- Contains artificial sweeteners Sucralose
- Aspartame
