Indication

Decongestant, vasoconstrictor, antihistamine H1, antipyretic / ORL. For stuffy nose, clear nasal discharge, headache and fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 125 mg/5mL
• Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg/5mL
• Triprolidine Hydrochloride 2.50 mg/5mL
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1 mg/5mL

Direction

Adults (18+): 4 doses of 5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 10–18 years: 2 doses of 5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 6–10 years: 1 dose of 5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 30 months–6 years: 1 dose of 2.5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 12–30 months: 1 dose of 2.5 mL, 2 times per 24 hours.

Side effects

• Tachycardia
• nausea
• vomiting
• cephalalgia
• convulsions
• memory disturbances
• trembling
• drowsiness
• dry mouth.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any component or paracetamol
• antihistamines H1
• severe coronary insufficiency
• history of convulsions
• children under 12 months

• avoid overdose and check for paracetamol in other medications. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if in doubt. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C
