Indication
Decongestant, vasoconstrictor, antihistamine H1, antipyretic / ORL. For stuffy nose, clear nasal discharge, headache and fever.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol 125 mg/5mL
- Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg/5mL
- Triprolidine Hydrochloride 2.50 mg/5mL
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1 mg/5mL
Direction
Adults (18+): 4 doses of 5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 10–18 years: 2 doses of 5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 6–10 years: 1 dose of 5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 30 months–6 years: 1 dose of 2.5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 12–30 months: 1 dose of 2.5 mL, 2 times per 24 hours.
Side effects
- Tachycardia
- nausea
- vomiting
- cephalalgia
- convulsions
- memory disturbances
- trembling
- drowsiness
- dry mouth.
Precautions
- Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any component or paracetamol
- antihistamines H1
- severe coronary insufficiency
- history of convulsions
- children under 12 months
- pregnancy and breastfeeding. Re
- evaluate after 5 days if symptoms persist. Due to paracetamol content
- avoid overdose and check for paracetamol in other medications. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if in doubt. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C
- away from light and humidity.
