Indication

Treatment of wet cough, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and common cold.

Ingredients

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg
• Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg
• Guaifenesin 50 mg
• Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg
• Sodium Benzoate 30 mg

Direction

Infant (from 30 months to 30 months): 1 teaspoon 3 times per day. Children (30 months to 5 years): 1 teaspoon 3 times per day. Children (5 to 15 years): 1–3 teaspoons 3 times per day. Adult: 2–5 teaspoons 3 times per day.

Side effects

• May cause constipation
• drowsiness
• dizziness
• nausea
• and somnolence. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects are concerning or persistent.

Precautions

• Do not use in patients with allergy to any component
• respiratory failure
• asthma cough
• MAOI treatment
• infants under 12 months
• or pregnant/breastfeeding women. Caution for vehicle drivers and machinery users. Do not use with alcohol. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if in doubt
• stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
