Indication
Nutritional supplement for women before conception, during pregnancy and breastfeeding to support maternal and fetal health.
Ingredients
- Folic Acid 400 µg
- Vitamin D 2.5 µg
- Vitamin E 20 mg
- Vitamin C 70 mg
- Thiamin 3 mg
- Riboflavin 2 mg
- Niacin 20 mg
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Vitamin B12 6 µg
- Betacarotene 4.2 mg
- Vitamin K 200 µg
- Iron 20 mg
- Magnesium 150 mg
- Zinc 15 mg
- Iodine 140 µg
- Copper 1 mg
Direction
One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with water or a cold drink. Should only be taken on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Side effects
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop taking and seek medical advice if you experience any unusual symptoms or signs of allergic reaction. Contains iron
