Nutritional supplement combining multivitamin and mineral tablets with high quality Omega-3 capsules for women before conception, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Direction

One tablet (green blister) per day, plus one capsule (pink blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
