Indication

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, particularly in overweight patients, when diet and exercise alone do not provide adequate glycaemic control.

Ingredients

• Metformin hydrochloride

Direction

Take as directed by physician. Swallow tablets whole with water during or after meals. Dosage according to physician's advice.

Side effects

Precautions

• or conditions predisposing to lactic acidosis. Avoid excessive alcohol. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
