Indication
Comprehensive vitamin, mineral and nutrient supplement with calcium for maintenance of normal bones, for use before, during and after the menopause.

- Calcium carbonate (700 mg calcium)
- Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 400 IU)
- Magnesium oxide (100 mg magnesium)
- Soya Isoflavone Extract 100 mg
- Vitamin C 45 mg
- Vitamin E 30 mg
- Thiamin 10 mg
- Riboflavin 5 mg
- Niacin 20 mg
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Folic Acid 400 µg
- Vitamin B12 9 µg
- Biotin 30 µg
- Pantothenic Acid 30 mg
- Iron 8 mg
- Zinc 15 mg
- Copper 1 mg
- Manganese 0.5 mg
- Selenium 100 µg
- Chromium 50 µg
- Iodine 250 µg
Direction
Two tablets per day with main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
