Indication

Comprehensive vitamin, mineral and nutrient supplement with calcium for maintenance of normal bones, for use before, during and after the menopause.

• Iron 8 mg

• Manganese 0.5 mg
• Selenium 100 µg
• Chromium 50 µg
• Iodine 250 µg

Direction

Two tablets per day with main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
