Methycobal 500 mcg

Indication

Peripheral neuropathy; megaloblastic anaemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

Ingredients

• Mecobalamin 500 mcg

Direction

Usual adult dose: 1 tablet (500 mcg) three times daily, orally. Or as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. Rarely: nausea
• diarrhoea
• loss of appetite
• hypersensitivity reactions. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if adverse effects occur. Stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• especially if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not continue use without medical guidance for prolonged periods. Stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
