Indication
Lipid lowering agent. Treatment of hypercholesterolaemia and mixed dyslipidaemia; reduction of cardiovascular risk in patients with elevated total cholesterol and LDL-C.

- Rosuvastatin Calcium INN 10.40 mg equivalent to Rosuvastatin 10 mg

Side effects
- Myalgia
- headache
- constipation
- nausea
- abdominal pain
- rare: myopathy
- rhabdomyolysis. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if adverse effects occur. Stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor before use. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use with caution in patients with renal impairment or at risk of myopathy/rhabdomyolysis. Keep out of reach of children. Stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
