Indication

Treatment of hypertension in adult patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on telmisartan or amlodipine monotherapy.

Ingredients

• Telmisartan 40 mg
• Amlodipine 5 mg (as amlodipine besilate)

Direction

Oral use. 3 x 10 tablets per box. As directed by physician. See enclosed leaflet for full indications, administration, and contraindications.
