Indication

Treatment of hypertension in adult patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on telmisartan or hydrochlorothiazide monotherapy.

Ingredients

• Telmisartan 40 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. 3 x 10 film coated tablets. Store below 30°C, protect from light and moisture.
