Indication

Ingredients

• Glucose Oxidase (enzyme) and mediator

Direction

Insert a new test strip into the meter. Apply a small blood sample to the tip of the test strip and wait for the reading.

Side effects

• Pain at the fingerstick site
• Minor bruising at puncture site
• Skin irritation from repeated testing

Precautions

• For in vitro diagnostic use only
• Do not use expired test strips
• Close vial cap immediately after use
• Do not reuse individual test strips
• Ensure hands are clean and dry
