Indication

Helps build and maintain healthy and strong bones. Calcium supplement for men and women of all ages.

Ingredients

• Calcium Citrate 1000 mg
• Magnesium Hydroxide (equivalent to elemental magnesium 100 mg)
• Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate (equivalent to elemental zinc 4 mg)
• Vitamin D3 200 IU

Direction

One tablet per day after a meal or as directed by a physician. Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
