Stetoux 250 mg per 5 mL

Indication

Relief of chesty cough that produces mucus (phlegm); increased bronchial secretions during acute bronchitis and bronchopulmonary disease.

Ingredients

• Carbocisteine 250 mg per 5 mL

Direction

For oral route. Stetoux Adult (Carbocisteine 5%): Take 5 mL, 3 times per day.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal disorders: nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea
• epigastric discomfort. Skin reactions: pruritus
• erythematous rash
• urticaria and angioedema. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a history of gastroduodenal ulcers
• chronic bronchial asthma
• or respiratory failure. Not recommended for alcohol drinkers during treatment. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
