Indication

Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis, tarsadenitis, keratitis (including corneal ulcer) caused by susceptible bacterial strains; aseptic therapy after ophthalmic surgery.

Ingredients

• Moxifloxacin HCl 5.45 mg/mL (equivalent to Moxifloxacin 5 mg/mL)

Direction

Bacterial conjunctivitis/tarsadenitis/keratitis: 1 drop three times a day; adjust according to symptoms. After ophthalmic surgery: usually 1 drop five times a day for one week before surgery, then 1 drop three times a day for one week after surgery.

Precautions

• For topical ophthalmic use only. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to enclosed insert for complete contraindications. Store sealed at room temperature below 30°C.
