Indication
- Calcium deficiency treatment - Prevention of osteoporosis - Support for bone health - Support for dental health - Supplemental dietary calcium intake
Ingredients
- Calcium Carbonate (often with Cholecalciferol/Vitamin D3)
Direction
Take orally with a meal to enhance absorption. If using a liquid suspension, shake well before measuring the dose.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Bloating or flatulence
- Nausea
- Abdominal discomfort
Precautions
- History of kidney stones
- Hypercalcemia (high blood calcium)
