Ingredients

- Folic acid
- Iron

Direction
Take one capsule daily with food, preferably in the morning. Continue throughout breastfeeding or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Mild nausea
- Constipation
- Darkening of stools (due to iron)
- Abdominal discomfort
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended dose
- Contains fish oil and soy
- Consult doctor if taking blood thinners
