Indication

Treatment of infections caused by anaerobic bacteria and protozoa, including bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, amoebiasis, giardiasis, and serious intra-abdominal, pelvic, and systemic anaerobic infections.

Direction

For intravenous infusion only. Administer as directed by physician.

• stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs. Not for use in patients with hypersensitivity to metronidazole or other nitroimidazoles. Do not use injection if contents are not clear or show particulate matter.
