Indication

Topical combination cream for skin conditions involving bacterial infection, protozoal/anaerobic infection, fungal infection, and inflammation. For external use only.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin USP 0.75% w/w
• Ornidazole BP 2.0% w/w
• Terbinafine HCl USP 1.0% w/w
• Clobetasol propionate 0.05% w/w

Direction

As directed by the physician. Apply to the affected area. Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from light and moisture.
